The internet edition comes in a brown leather sleeve including a deluxe booklet, a bonus track and several extras. The limited edition comes in a blue leather sleeve. It was first given out only to US customers through an internet store, later it had expanded distribution. Both TTT special editions have no additional music, but several score tracks were cut to provide the additional extra features on these discs. For full music benefit youd better stick to the retail release. The 2006 CD set contains the complete score on 3 CDs, 4th disc is DVD-Audio in 5.1 sound.
